Larger Flag Pickup Radius #89

Flag is a little hard to grab at the moment, needs a bigger overlap component.

This is because we changed the collision mesh so projectiles wouldn't bounce off it. If we make the collision mesh larger (possibly changing the collision channels to avoid projectile collisions).
