Still some problems with accents in the search front-end to be checked/tracked.

This could be related to something done in the harvesting phase (https://github.com/anHALytics/anHALytics-core/issues/68)

I would say anHALytics/anHALytics-core#68 is related to the KB thus MySQL (MySQL is a pain to get the UTF8 right), and above is related to the search only so a different problem upstream the KB and not frequent at all - possibly coming from HAL.

Ok, understood. Indeed the authors are correct in the frontend/index.

I think this maybe a side effect of running commands manually ? this document is not even stamped as INRIA, there is no encoding problem.

Which manual commands?

On HAL archive the encoding of the document is correct.
