Aren't these simply <def>
's ?
No, dear Laurent, I don't want to tag it as <def>
because it is just morphological information. Anything against <gloss>
in this case?
I would say it is even less a gloss than a def. If you see it from a grammatical point of view use a gram, but there is also an editorial coherence with text in the same position in the dictionary that are normally def ’s (think of the issue of automatizing).

What about this?
<entry xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" xml:id="MORAIS.1.DLP.JACO" type="mainEntry" xml:lang="pt">
<form type="inflected">
<orth>JAÇO</orth>
</form>
<metamark function="lemmaDelimiter">,</metamark>
<gramGrp>
<gram type="person" value="1">primeira peſſoa</gram>
<gram type="tense" value="present">do preſente</gram>
<gram type="mood" value="indicative">indicativo</gram>
</gramGrp>
<lbl>de</lbl>
<form type="lemma">
<orth>jazer</orth>
</form>
<metamark function="lemmaDelimiter">;</metamark>
<form type="inflected">
<orth>jaça</orth>
</form>
<gramGrp>
<gram type="person" value="3">terceira peſſoa</gram>
<gram type="tense" value="present">do preſente</gram>
<gram type="mood" value="subjunctive">do ſubjuntivo</gram>
</gramGrp>
<cit type="example" xml:lang="pt">
<bibl type="attestation" source="#Eufroſina">
<title>Eufr.</title>
<citedRange unit="act">2</citedRange>
<pc>.</pc>
<citedRange unit="scene">7</citedRange>
<pc>.</pc>
</bibl>
<quote>jaço</quote>
</cit>
<pc>.</pc>
</entry>
The problem may be: is JAÇO
lemma, or inflected form?
I was thinking of using only two
<gloss>
, but it is not valid. I used<sense>
but am not satisfied with this solution. Any help?
