Add Multi-language support #2

This update will include:

An options.html implementation to select multiple character sets
Flexible character detecting module that could be modified by options.html
Multiple provided/user-defined presets that could be easily edited and activated

A recent commit partially resolves this issue.

Currently supported

English (detects alphabet)
Korean (detects Korean characters 한글)
Japanese (detects Japanese characters)
Chinese (detects Chinese characters)

New issue:

Since the current language classifier only seeks for a single occurrence of a character set, if 99% of the text is in Korean and 1% of the text is in English, it is still shown when English filter is activated.
