Visual Studio 2013 needed on Windows builders #53

(note the Express/Community or SDK version is probably enough, no need for the full thing)

I think VS2013 is installed already - I have successfully been using the CMake generator "Visual Studio 12 2013 Win64" - but not with the 120_xp toolset - could it just be a missing component?

Thinking about it, maybe this is because I was not using the public queue for my builds.

Oh, but the failing build is on the win32 builder. I agree the win64 builder is fine in that regard.
