When an org does not has a name it blows away #10

I can see that we need this fix, but how is it that in our data model, an org sometimes has a 'name' and sometimes has a 'login'?

login is mandatory in AS. Is what we use to build the URL name is not mandatory and it's the name that we display in the organisation's profile page.
