For #30.

This:

accepts that nb_conda_kernels is indeed a dependency for consistent environment parsing.
makes the output of conda env export as attached more sane for distribution (pip dedupe, channels, ignore locals)
updates tests

Yeah, what? conda-env has gotten much less useful to me, recently...
