Initial refactor #152

Removing CLI interface, and pre-existing tests. Restructured namespace significantly and started the introduction of dtos, and service structures.

Can I ask what your purpose here is? We have numerous customers depending on the CLI. We certainly can't delete it.

Got it. If you are using a fork to build out a new project, I have no problem with that.
