Create official DockerHub images #11

Could you create official images on DockerHub for miniconda and anaconda? I think this would help lead to better / wider adoption, and a better perception of the usability of these images.

Ping! It would be great to be able to rely on official images for miniconda...as an organization we much prefer that. Is there any update on this?
