Anaconda build #13

This adds a anaconda.org build. I am still learning how to set these up. Any feedback welcome!

This is looking good. I think it spans the minimum environments we need to be able to support at runtime, and I am fine with moving forward with the broken osx/win builds for the time being... it's just a thing we'd like to tackle, if at all possible, to make this a true multi-platform offering.
