By the by, this is rebased on top of #39, so I'll close that....

Just added the theme tour: it's a little light in comparison to the slide sorter/editor... but then it's more of a standard web form than the others.

Once the builds go through, I'm merging this!

Then I'll do the release engineering stuff. Heck, we'll just call it 1.0.0.

We can re-adjust the community approach, but for now, I don't think we can do much better with the time/resources available.
