Use PhantomJS2 2, remove conda recipes, move CI #75

This upgrades the testing approach to use PhantomJS 2.1.1, which fixes a number of problems over PhantomJS 1.9:

doesn't break on Function.bind usage
fewer random crasher bugs

It also removes the organic conda recipe in favor of an external conda-forge feedstock, to be created (currently in WIP PR).

Testing should now be done on Appveyor and Travis, pending configuration.
