This builds on #7, and uses:

the shiny new dist frontend build, which generates MUCH smaller, uglified packages
the ConfigManager to enable running the server component

The total size of the conda package is now 95k, which is getting respectable.

This seems OK but I can not see where the server component lives... can you point to it?

Erm, probably too many branches right now.

The server component (which does the nbconvert thing) is presently on layout-refactor.

I hope to have all that sorted by the end of the day.
