VLC doesn't work with IPv6 URLs on Windows #19

Trying to load an m3u8 that uses an IPv6 link local address doesn't work. Switching it to IPv4 does work. The easiest solution might just be to prefer IPv4 over IPv6 for the default cove URL for now.

IPv4 was made the default.
