unbuildable with vgo #21

vgo can't generate a go.mod file in this repo. See https://github.com/golang/go/issues/24103#issuecomment-391967038.

Fixed in https://github.com/anacrolix/dht/commit/920ba2813ef3fb7ce83c1bc8735d58b6bdbb2db2, with latest vgo.
