Add deviceIconSizes flag #147

This flag can be used to control the deviceIcon size.

To advertise icon sizes of 128 and 256:

$ dms  -deviceIconSizes 128,256

To advertise icon sizes of 48 and 128, both forced to actual sizes of 512:

$ dms  -deviceIconSizes 48:512,128:512

This ability to force sizes can be useful, eg 48:512 allows 8player to display a larger 512 icon without compression artifacts.
