It seems, that a scheduler configs is to be updated to run SeniorApplicationManager properly. https://yadi.sk/i/4FZoCEceYsyCi

I've left a comment on StackOverflow. Yes, it is possible to upgrade it and it is very important, because having only one Application running totaly breaks out approach.
