If cast-xmr hangs, it won't get restarted. #5

If cast-xmr hangs, no samples are logged. Since no samples are logged, the hashrate won't decrease below the restart threshold to get restarted.

OK, so if the driver crashes/restarts while cast-xmr is running, it still returns the last hashrate logged. This will also not cause a hashrate drop.
