Display warning on dashboard if using an outdated version of Safari on iOS #16

This only applies to Safari users. We strongly recommend you run the latest version of iOS when using the AnaestheticsApp Logbook. Unfortunately, Apple has introduced several new bugs which affects the stability of the logbook, this is particularly true for iOS 13.3 and 13.4. The newest version is iOS 13.5.1 and runs well on our test phones. We will now display a notification on the dashboard if you are using an old version of iOS, which may cause problems with the logbook.

Please note that you cannot use Chrome on iOS as Apple block third party browsers on iPhones. Chrome on iOS is just allowed to update the user interface of Safari so it looks like Chrome, but under the hood it still runs Safari.

We also recommend you use Chrome on MacOS which will allow you to install our logbook app.
