Add German to languages #20

English by default When changing region or adding region (on registration), change language Fetch JSON file and store in cacheStore or IndexedDB Will need performance analysis

Following a few tests and brainstorm sessions, multilingual app will be created at build time. Users are unlikely to want to switch between different languages and go to a certain domain instead.

There will be two different sites:

If a German-speaking user navigates to the English site, a notification will notify the user that a German version of the app is available. Based on user feedback, there might be an automatic redirection or an option to change language in a future version next year.

We do realise the implications of an internationalized domain name, but believe that it will help SEO and avoid confusion. It is unlikely for German users to not have a German keyboard.
