Allow marking operations as favourite in datalist

• Open datalist
• Clicking on the favourite icon will add an operation to favourites
• Favourite operation will be listed at the top of the datalist, above starred operations
• Clicking on the favourite icon will remove the operation from favourites
• Favourite operations will be synchronised with the cloud

When you insert a case, clicking on "Operation" will open the "operation picker". This will display a list of all operations for the speciality selected. With the previous update, we marked the most commonly used operations with a star. These operations show up at the top of the list for quick access.

Now, you can also mark your own operations as "favourite" and these will also appear at the top of the list (screenshot 1), above starred operations. To add or remove an operation to your favourites, just open the operation picker and click on the heart (screenshot 2). Favourites will be synchronised across your devices.
