Improve forum

• Add trial for post by location (Everyone, United Kingdom, North West for now)
• Add forum-view
• Add forum notification icon and unread count badge in toolbar
  • Show unread messages for past 2 weeks only
  • Reset counter when navigating to forum-view

  • Thread/posts (IndexedDB - last 100)
  • Comments (server)
  • Replies (server)

There is now a separate page to view all forum posts. We have also added an icon with a badge count for new and unread messages. Clicking on the icon will open the new forum page. We will use the forum to share important announcements but you can also use the forum to post your questions or any interesting articles you have come across.
