Option to display the "Title Bar" #53

I just upgraded from Safari 9+ to Safari 11. To my dismay, the "title bar" (i.e., the horizontal space above the address bar that displays the given URL's HTML title) is gone. Is it possible to bring that back as a SafariStand option?
