fix missing copyright and licensing notices from kdelibs samples parser.cpp #184

The file t/samples/kdelibes/parser.ccp is a modified copy of the file https://github.com/KDE/kdelibs/blob/668ef94b2b861f7ec4aa20941bcb6493bc4367be/khtml/css/parser.cpp and the copyright and licensing notices was removed on the modified version what violates the original license.

Solution: Add the copyright and licensing notices as the original version on the modified version included on analizo.

Note: This file is not used on analizo runtime, it is just a sample used by automated tests to prove that a bug is solved and to prevent reintroducing the bug.

all copyright and licensing on t/samples files were revised and fixed when required
