MATLAB R2015b not compatible with Dimple #9

The most recent release of MATLAB R2015b incompatibly changed the behavior of the special subsref method so that Dimple's MatrixObject and all of its subclasses no longer work correctly.

We will definitely have fixed this for the 0.08 release, but that may not be released soon.

If this bug affects you and you cannot simply use an earlier release of MATLAB, please let us know!

I've tested that version 0.08 is compatible with Matlab R2016a in Windows 10 64bit
