The MATLAB tests stage would run into errors when running multiple test executors in parallel using the machine-specific license. I haven't identified the actual cause. Using only one test executor by locking the agent was implemented as a workaround. I removed the lock agent requirement with the network license now in place. I also changed the container host mode since there is no need to set the MAC address.
