AD9361 Attribute read/write tests #72

Rx center frequency lower limit set to 47MHz. Tx rf bandwidth upper limit set to 56MHz. Gain/attenuation set using setAttributeDouble instead of setAttributeLongLong. Rx GainChannel step changed to 1 instead of 0.25. Rx GainChannel lower limit changed to -3 instead of -4.
