Allow the Kuiper Imager to run without a UI, just CLI

This is because this version is based on rpi-imager (1.6.1) From the changelog:

rpi-imager (1.6.2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Add website link support
  * Add CLI support

This branch is 27 commits ahead, 161 commits behind raspberrypi:qml.

Time to think about updating.

That's great, thanks! I was already planning to rebase the kuiper-imager against the latest version of rpi-imager - so if the rebase brings us CLI support, that's really good.
