Check if extlinux.conf should be in list of files #36

Latest boot partition from master and latest released boot partition (2021_R1) do not define extlinux.conf on the file "files" definition. This is necessary only for intel based carriers and it should be copied in /boot/extlinux. Also, for the rest of carriers (zynq, zynqmp, versal etc) would be better that /boot/extlinux folder to be empty to make sure boot flow won't be broken.

In Ubuntu, extlinux folder is successfully created and extlinux.conf is successfully copied.
