This provides pointers to scopy in the html, as well as some of the other libraries/frameworks that the M2k works with.

The only link that is not live is https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/libm2k-labview but @AlexandraTrifan should be able to let us know when that will be pushed.

Looks good, but there are some broken links. I'll fix those and push to this PR before merging.
