Update README.md by adding a note where it's specified the branch that supports the last API of libiio and also removed the deprecated table.
Remove builds of ubuntu-18.04 and macOS-11 after they were also have been removed from libiio build.
Add build for Debian12 arm architecture, which is currently the Kuiper2 base architecture.
