Travis updates #157

This pull request contains the implementation of the following features:

  1. Added builds for Ubuntu 20 and MacOS 10.15 Catalina;
  2. Updated the Python versions to be the standard versions for each Ubuntu system (Ubuntu 16 - Python 3.5, Ubuntu 18 - Python 3.6, Ubuntu 20 - Python 3.8);
  3. Added .deb packages for pysmu;
  4. Solved some minor issues.
