Python 3.11 bindings package .whl file? #208

It seems that Python 3.11 is now the default version they (python.org) want everyone to use. The latest version of pysmu available here is for 3.10: https://test.pypi.org/project/pysmu/#files

Something to put on your to-do list is to make a version of pysmu for 3.11 when you have time. Thanks Doug
