fix(Examples): Updated Wording in FCC Examples #832

Description

This changes ensures all FCC examples use PRBS15 as well as updates the wording of commands as it seems "Enable constant TX" was confused with non constant modulated data. Wording has been change to leave no guessing.

Sneaking in some HCI changes :)
