As caught by https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/msdk/commit/a89a913960e8daf869f6236873d2e33fcd7eed5d#r139009506, PR #918 introduced a critical typo that broke the entire PATH on MacOS for the VSCode-Maxim projects...

This PR regenerates the example files and further fixes some broken URLs in the README.
