ci: astyle_config: add padding options

Add padding options in order to ease the review process. The astyle build checks the following:

• add spaces between 'if', 'for', 'while' keywords and parens
• remove spaces inside parentheses
• Add space after commas

So I ran this over many commits in the past and I like the modifications it does.

The only issue is with those "re-build" occurrences (just 4 of them). "re-build" is not a word, could you make another commit that replaces all "re-build" occurrences with "rebuild" ?

I'd merge it but let's see some more input from the team
