[Questions] Updating FPGA procedure #83

I'm not familiar with FPGA, but.. some questions.

  1. Does pluto FPGA/HDL update in firmware 0.36 takes place automatically, when updating Pluto with pluto.frm? Or for FPGA update need some additional procedure? Thank you.
  2. Does timestamping added in latest FPGA update? ( https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/plutosdr-fw/issues/79 )
  3. Sorry if some questions looks stupid. I'm really noob in FPGA.
