this seemed like the best place to store these. install_wpa_supplicant.sh is needed during adi_update_tools.sh and enc-onoff.sh will be called by the GUI when pressing the encryption button.

Why here? This doesn't have anything to to with Pluto.

I thought this had to do with the DSEI demo. I can move it somewhere else
