Release the IIO FW for AD4170

Hi All- do these changes look good for a release?

Changelog: 1) modified "active_dev" to "id" in the user config 2) Removed "AD4170_REG_INFO1" from the regs as they aren't present in the register map anymore 3) Removed unsupported parts from the FW
