Added information on configuring NGiNX for proxiing LEManager.

Took me a while to get my nginx reverse proxy to work with nginx server in LEManager's docker. I had to look at the nginx.conf of LEManager's nginx server to find out that I need to pass the Host from reverse proxy to LEManager's nginx.
