SUROM MMC1-based titles Dragon Warrior III & IV dump incorrectly using provided plugin #2

SUROM (1) using "Generic MMC1 SxROM.BIN" Dragon Warrior III Dragon Warrior IV PRG NG

SUROM (1) using "SXROM.BIN" Dragon Warrior III Dragon Warrior IV PRG OK

Comparing the bad and good dumps, I can see that "Generic MMC1 SxROM.BIN" is only dumping the 2nd half of the 512 KB ROMs.

I've adapted "SXROM.BIN" in this ZIP file from nescartdb.com/plugins. SXROM.zip

The reporter of the original issue, @FremontDZ, has verified that "SXROM.BIN" works. https://github.com/SmokeMonsterPacks/Nt-Mini-Noir-Jailbreak/issues/155#issuecomment-1386042311

This issue is not fixed as of jailbreak firmware 6.7.
