Weird Global SK setting behavior at Settings page #258

When I tried replicating the same, it won't give me this error. Strangely, Ram's getting it so here's an issue referencing the same.

My testing specs- WP 5.3.2 Stable SK - develop branch - commit head (a7a413a8379ce4977378ac73f164591a38d2cb17) Mozilla Firefox 71.0 (64-bit)
