Delete old Style Kits from user sites' #305

In v1.6.0, we migrated all Style Kits to Kit but intentionally left Style Kits to avoid the chances of losing data if we needed to run another migration.

By v1.6.2, if we don't need old SKs, let's delete it from customer records.

Optionally, instead of doing this automatically, we could a notice to let them delete it automatically or manually.
