Remove Color Picker integration #309

Color Picker integration is obsolete now. As SK color now belongs to Theme Styles, the post being edited cannot fetch the list of SK colors.

One way would be to fetch the colors server-side but that could be an expensive query to load for a small feature. Since Color Picker colors are now saved in an option, dynamic colors from SK could lead to many many colors depending on how many SKs were used.
