Disabling SK control panels with user roles feature not working (for El. 2.9.0+) #322

Need to add a patch for the upcoming Elementor v2.9.0 for our user roles feature as we integrate our panels into the new Theme Styles panel.

It seems like none of the control classes are changed even after moving to the theme styles panel of the new El v2.9.0 User roles feature is working just as expected, making this issue obsolete.
