Refractor Stylekit refresh queue #370

Before the introduction of theme styles in Elementor. Refresh queue was used to display prompt to users to update SKs on open editors. Now that theme styles' are part of Elementor, we don't need a custom implementation to prompt users.

We should consider removing this!
