Move shadow controls #535

How to test

  1. Go to Elementor editor screen, open Site settings.
  2. From Site settings, go to Style Kits >> Shadows.
  3. Add/update a few options and select them at any widget's border styles for Box Shadow Preset control.
  4. Test Reset button, it should reset options to their default state.

All good except one part:

When you save value to a Shadow control in Site settings, then close and try adding the shadow on one of the elements, the newly added/modified control doesn't show up until you refresh the page.

Is that a known bug? If yes, let's get this merged, fix otherwise.

That is apparently, but I'll try to get that fixed as well for now I'm merging this.
