Container padding and latest Elementor version. #540

In the latest Elementor version, they are adding a default 10px padding to all containers.

This 10 px default padding is globally adjustable under theme styles > layout settings. I think if we make some adjustments, we should be good to go.

1. Add shortcut to SK padding presets in Layout Settings.

[x] Let's add a shortcut to the area where Elementor defines the default padding. Let's use borders please, as in the screenshot.

2. Edit options in dropdown

We need to make the following changes on the dropdown:

[x] rename "None" to default (which will inherit the default padding)
[x] Add a second option named "No padding", which will always correspond to zero.

3. Add shortcut to default padding

[x] At our container spacing panel, let's add the shortcut to the default padding. Please use the borders from the screenshot below.
