Partially addresses #511

Note New library isn't supposed to be showing any contents right now. As that's still WIP

How to test

Please test the below features as per their order.

(Make sure to rebuild with yarn gulp build or gulp build not npm build or yarn build before testing)

Container Library

  1. Test the library switches right in both the editor and admin panel for kits and patterns.
  2. Test imports work fine or not.

Library Search

  1. Search patterns with mapped keywords.
  2. Mapped keywords can be found at Preview >> DesignSystem site. Screenshot for reference - Screenshot 2022-10-31 at 12 07 53 PM

SVG Imports

  1. Enable SVG imports via Settings >> Allow SVG imports.
  2. Import some patterns with SVG if available in library. (Since most if not all the SVGs in pattern library are now replaced with images so I guess testing that is not an option anymore? Though I have tested it when they were there.)
