Migrate updated Global fonts, global colors, and container spacing defaults.

Also account for global options if set any in __global_options__ key, this is only needed for bg colors.

Also account for global options if set any in __global_options__ key, this is only needed for bg colors.

Turns out bg classes didn't need to be migrated.
